At Hart Cars, safety has always been our primary priority, so all of our drivers are security cleared by both Surrey Heath Borough Council and the police. All our private hire vehicles are fully maintained, fully insured, and undergo a strict yearly inspection from the licensing authority.
We aim to give you the most stress free, reliable, and comfortable journey available - and to achieve this aim we have made consistent advances in the technology of our private hire vehicles.
Our History
- We have been established since 1988.
- We were the first local company to use computer aided booking and dispatch system.
- We have been copied often (including our name!) but never surpassed.
Our Technology
- We have installed the very latest GPS Technology in our private hire cars, with PDA's replacing old style noisy 2 way radios.
- All our taxis and private hire cars have credit card facility.
- We accept most major credit and debit cards.
- The Hart controllers can track the cars live and inform the drivers of traffic hot spots.
- Account customers has the facility to track the cars live as well.
- Account customers can check their bookings (past, present & future) as well as invoices when logged on to their accounts.
- We have invested in the latest on-line booking technology to allow you to book in advance any vehicles you require.
- We still have a dedicated friendly Customer Service team to take telephone bookings.
