If you are a business client and wish to open a Corporate Account, you can enjoy the benefits of our account systems. The Invoicing can be tailored to your requirement, with Departmental Codes, References, PO Numbers, even password protection.
We have security cleared all our drivers, both with Surrey Heath Borough Council and the Police. All vehicle are fully maintained, fully insured and subject to a yearly Strict Inspection from the Licensing Authority.
We have over 35 cars in our fleet ranging from standard Taxis through to luxurious executive cars, such as Long Wheel Base 7 Series BMW. We also have 6 seats up to 16 seat minibuses.



We monitor all incoming flights and update the system so the driver knows exactly when your flight is arriving, keeping waiting time and airport parking down to the minimum. We charge a nominal price for our meet & greet service. This covers 1st half an hours parking cost and 30 minutes waiting time (45 minutes for long haul flights), from the estimated time of arrival as supplied by BAA. Our driver will be waiting for you at the agreed meeting point in the arrivals lounge, with a Hart Cars board with your name on it.
Hart Cars have the largest number of corporate users in the area and we can provide references if required.
